The Pavilion carries the First Friday concert series, the fall block party, and the Flutterby arts festival, with Porchfest playing out on the porches and lawns of the Watersound Origins neighborhood next door.

The Cultural Arts Alliance's children's arts festival returns for its 34th year, marking the monarch butterfly migration with hands-on art activities, live music, theatre and dance performances, student art exhibits, and the butterfly parade. Admission is free; tickets for some activities are sold at the CAA tents on site.
