Howl-O-Ween + Merchant Trick-or-Treating

A dog-and-owner costume contest from 4 PM (contestant spots are limited and presold), then merchant trick-or-treating through Town Center from 5 to 7 PM with Halloween music from DJ Mike Whitty. Costumes are encouraged for kids, adults and leashed dogs.
